Purpose

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh!! The Yemeni Student Association is hosting its 3rd annual fundraising dinner for Yemen on May 3rd, 2024, at The Dearborn Manor Banquet Hall. The purpose of this event is to raise funds to build houses for the orphans in Yemen who are in dire need of homes.

We are partnering with the United Humanitarian Foundation (UHF) to raise awareness of the situation in Yemen and to raise funds for UHF's relief efforts in the region. With your support, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of those affected by the crisis in Yemen.

We would like to highlight that this fundraising dinner is a collaboration between all of the Yemeni Student Association’s in Michigan, respectively Wayne State University, the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, the University of Michigan Dearborn, Michigan State University, and the University of Detroit Mercy. Together, we stand united in our mission to support a common cause and make a lasting difference in the lives of those affected by the crisis in Yemen.
